in order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. the deposit will be applied to your account. if you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments. although we ask that you try to arrive 5-10 minutes before your session start time to discuss session goals, we do our best to make up for the lost time in the event of late arrival. while we will try to reach all of your session goals in the allotted time, please be advised that your session may be shortened if clients are scheduled after you.
if you do not call to cancel and also fail to show up to your appointment, we will attempt to reach you. *for your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to spa packages, groups of 3 or more, and spa parties which will be distributed to the appropriate staff. please fill out these forms to the best of your knowledge as certain ailments are contraindicated by massage and may need a physician’s clearance before proceeding with any session; additionally, these forms provide us with detailed information about your session goals and preferences to make your massage as enjoyable and effective as possible. you will also be reported to the proper authorities. you will still be responsible to pay in full & will be banned from rescheduling at natural spa & massage in the future. clients will be referred to the appropriate specialist, should techniques fall out of massage therapy’s scope of practice or if massage is not in the client’s best interest.
