i got this link from a colleague /org-chart-templates-excel it has a bunch of excel templates and then at the bottom it says “make better decisions, faster by creating org charts in smartsheet” but then does not give any info on how to do that. if you set up some type of single select drop down for departments, you might be able to use the card view to break people up by division. each row is a card and contains information of employees or positions.

i’d like to setup a single automation that runs to alert the employee when the expiration date is within 90, 60 and 30 days away and the date of expiration. i have individual columns set up in the sheet for each alert date, so 1 column for 90 days to expiration and so on… i have many unlicensed users on my team. i can’t find the answer to my question in help & learning. hi there, i wanted to confirm if my automation is correct.
